We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Sales Representative
Are you looking for a fun and challenging work environment? Are you looking to work in a fast growing high tech company? BAM Software and Services, a U.S. licensed and regulated online gaming company, is looking for a SALE REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing and vibrant team! The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, pro-active, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will work with our existing sales team, selling on our touch screen horse racing and fantasy sports products for land based casinos, racetracks and sports bars.
BAM is looking for a candidate with minimum of 4-5 years of gaming and/or horse racing experience, who can use their understanding of the gaming/horse racing industry to articulate how our product will benefit their business and drive revenue. You will utilize your insight of the gaming industry to bring a unique perspective to the customers business, focusing on the customers objects and value drivers to effectively position your sale. We are not looking for a "relationship builder" but rather someone who can think outside the box and challenge the customers potentially antiquated views on their industry, and demonstrate how our state of the art product is highly beneficial for their business.
Duties of the Position
- Expand sales revenues by presenting and selling our company's products and services to current and prospective customers, by telephone, email and in person.
- Identify Sales Prospects
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts, working with management to ensure technical requirements and pricing information are realistic and achievable
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, information or feedback gathered through sales activities to appropriate company staff
- Participate in the development and updating of company sales and marketing materials, including proposals, brochures and website.
- Develop and maintain product and service knowledge
- Travel as required, to meet with customers, prospective customers and to participate in trade shows
- Work flexible hours
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 4-5 years experience in sales, preferably in the gaming industry
- An excellent understanding of gaming and/or horse racing industry
- Experience using word, excel, power point, etc.
- Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Experience participating as a member of a team
- Ideally, good contacts within the gaming/horse racing industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

VIP Hostess/Host
Are you looking for a fun and challenging work environment? Are you looking to work in a fast growing high tech company? BAM Software and Services, a U.S. licensed and regulated online gaming company, is looking for a VIP Hostess/Host to join our growing and vibrant team! The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, pro-active, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will work with our existing marketing team to monitor, interact & communicate with our VIP customers.
BAM is looking for a candidate who has general knowledge of horse racing, but more importantly, a customer service orientation. This position is about retaining customers by responding to their inquiries, reach out to them to ensure they are happy with our site(s) and service, to provide incentives and perks as necessary, and to interact with these customers in person at major racing events.
While this is a junior position, BAM is a fast growing company, offering an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the company and expanding their role.
