Simulcast Contracts and Settlement

BAM Software and Services has obtained and manages simulcast contracts with over 100+ racetracks across the country (and around the world) permitting us to accept wagers on their tracks. BAM pays all fees and percentages associated with our ability to offer wagering on these tracks. In addition, some tracks receive a fee based on where the customer is located, if in close proximity to their racetrack, and BAM handles the management of this as well. All of these costs are paid by BAM and our partners. BAM is responsible for making settlements with the host race track on all wagers made through the BAM Interactive OTB, including paying money on lost bets, and collecting money on winning bets. BAM pays for any and all additional fees associated with offering wagering at the host race tracks, tote providers, and any of our other racing partners. A fixed percentage of every dollar wagered on the kiosks is paid to your location, regardless of the variation of fees charged by our partners.
